Service Description

More and more bodies corporate are concerned about the performance of their lift contractor and the condition of their lift assets. A lift audit will address Health and Safety concerns, provide peace of mind to lot owners, expose under performing maintainers, and identify the likely remaining life of the lift asset. Audits should be performed every 24 months and about 12 months before maintenance contract renewal.
